The barn complex features two wings with 14 stalls in each wing with wide, well lit aisles.
Each 12x12 Stall is airy and wood-lined. 

They feature: State-of-the-art Comfort Stall mat footing Automatic fly spray system Nelson automatic water Controlled speed fan Individual lighting Hay rack and Nelson feeders. Removable window and door bars.

A fully air conditioned and heated main building includes: Feed room Tack rooms (one for each wing) Large laundry Office Restrooms Social room

A large social “gathering space”, aptly named ‘The Mane Hall’ has a kitchenette, dining and sitting areas.   It houses a 60” flat screen television connected to DirecTV and DVD for educational instruction and entertainment.  

There are two large, gorgeous restrooms equipped with showers. 

Oversized tack rooms include natural wood lockers with pull-out drawers.  Each locker has spacing that allows saddles to slide easily without disruption of other tack and supplies. 

The laundry has:

	Large washer/drying combo
	Large stainless sink
	Plenty of counter space
	Hanging rods drying your blankets, pads and other tack.

There are ample outdoor wash racks with hot and cold water from overhead hoses.

Wind Song Farms has two large arenas.   The fully lighted covered arena measures 120 x 200.  A lower open arena can be seen and enjoyed from The Mane Hall.  Both arenas employ superb coquina footing.  A 66’ round pen is located close to the covered arena.

Our park-like setting includes large wood picnic tables overlooking the covered arena and many of the pastures. Timed sprinkler irrigation systems keep the entire property lush and green. 

Wind Song Farms has an emphasis on “green” management with manure management and natural horse products.
